Attached Deck Packages normally include one set of steps, and railing on three sides. Materials included for heights up to 36" off ground. Our Deck Packages include all bolts and fasteners. Quality Treated Southern Yellow Pine or Construction Common Redwood (in Western markets) is used in figuring our Deck Packages.

Composite Deck Materials: Ask us what brands are available in your area. Many of our stores offer Cross Timbers, Evergrain, Geo Deck, Latitudes, RhinoDeck, Trex, or Weatherbest in-stock or available through Special Order.

Attached Decks are supported on one side by using a ledger attached to house or other structure.

Freestanding Decks have materials to support all sides without attaching to any other structure.
